Amy Albright '08
Amy N. Albright ’08, an employee with West Virgina’s Monongahela National Forest, was the project manager charged with helping to find and harvest the 2023 U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree. In addition, Tony Shillingburg M’14, a forestry technician with the Monongahela National Forest, was part of the team that harvested and wrapped the tree for transport to Washington, D.C.
Albright said, “We had the architect at the Capitol’s staff come out and look at all those candidate trees, and ultimately, they’re the ones that selected the tree that would get harvested.”
